Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled and deboned
4 boiled eggs, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Reserve 1 cup Ritz crackers for topping.
Put into casserole dish and sprinkle 1 cup Ritz crackers on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
