Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Mix together salad dressing mix and sour cream with wire whisk.
    Mix water chestnuts, onion and thawed and drained spinach and add to salad dressing.
    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
