Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy; add eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg. Mix all dry ingredients together. Add to sugar mixture. Add blueberries; stir. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
