Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. bread flour
    1 3/4 c. quick oats
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. (piled high) dry milk
    1.92 c. (almost 2 c.) water
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. shortening
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    raisins (as desired)
    nuts (as desired)
    cinnamon (as desired)
    sugar (as desired)
    melted margarine (as desired)
    powdered sugar (as desired)
    milk (as desired)
Preparation
    Mix together all of measured ingredients and knead for 10 minutes by hand.
    Rest 5 minutes.
    Split dough in half.
    Roll dough out on counter or flat surface to about 1/2-inch thick.
    Brush or pat margarine (melted) over surface of rolled dough.
