Leftover Stir-Fry(Portuguese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked chicken, beef, pork or ham
    1 pkg. mixed frozen Oriental vegetables
    vegetable oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    Mix chicken broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar and garlic. Set aside.
    Heat frying pan or wok and coat with vegetable oil. Add frozen vegetables.
    Stir-fry until tender (about 2 minutes). Add meat. Stir-fry 1 minute. Stir in broth mix.
    Cook and stir until thickened. Serve over rice.
