Bell Pepper Casserole(Shared By Jewell Isaacs) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or more green peppers
26 Ritz crackers
1/2 lb. sharp cheese (Cracker Barrel)
Preparation

Clean peppers and cut into 1-inch pieces.
Blanch in boiling water 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove peppers; reserve liquid.
Grease casserole dish.
Layer peppers, then cheese, then crushed crackers.
Repeat.
Use enough of the reserved liquid to make the crackers soften up.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
