Garlic Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. peanut oil
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. fresh ginger root, chopped
    2 lb. green beans
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
Preparation
    Heat peanut oil in wok.
    When hot, add garlic and ginger root. Cook for 1 minute.
    Add beans, sugar, red pepper and fry, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
    Add soy sauce and vinegar. Cook for 2 minutes more and turn off heat.
    Drizzle sesame oil into pan and toss with beans.
    Can be quite spicy!
