Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium onions
    2 cloves garlic
    2 c. rice
    3 c. chicken stock or broth
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in 1/4 cup oil.
    Add rice and brown lightly.
    Add chicken stock or broth and thawed spinach; stir well.
    Add cheese.
    Place in casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes until rice is tender.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
