Fresh Dill Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 basket pickles
    dill
    2 qt. water
    1/3 c. kosher salt
    1 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Wash pickles.
    Place layer of dill on bottom of jar, then, layer some pickles; alternate.
    Put in 2 to 3 garlic cloves. Bring 2 quarts water, salt and vinegar to a boil for a few minutes.
    Pour this brine over the pickles and cover with white cloth over the jar; put in cool spot.
    Let stand for 7 days.
    Put in closed jar and refrigerate.
