Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 medium onion
dash of salt
dash of pepper
1 bag egg noodles
dash of garlic
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Chop onion in ground beef; brown and drain the grease.
Add salt, pepper, soup and garlic.
Stir in sour cream.
Cook noodles until tender; drain and then pour in meat.
Mix well.
Serve while hot.
