Grilled Tuna With Papaya Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 oz.) tuna steaks
    1 papaya, peeled, seeded and diced into 1/2-inch cubes
    1 small red onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
    juice of 2 fresh limes
    1 Tbsp. olive oil (plus enough to brush meat)
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    One hour before serving, toss together ingredients. Keep at room
    temperature. Grill meat until done. Top with sauce and serve.
