Sausage And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 egg
2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
1 pkg. frozen spinach (optional)
1 lb. pasta noodles (elbows, ruffles, rotini, etc.)
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
parsley to taste
1/4 c. butter or margarine
8 oz. sliced or shredded Mozzarella or Muenster cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage, crumble it and drain away fat; set aside.
Boil noodles and drain.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour until pasty.
Gradually pour in milk and stir until somewhat thickened.
Remove from heat.
Add sour cream, salt, pepper, parsley, egg, Parmesan cheese and blend together.
Mix with noodles.
