Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients and add the blended eggs and milk.
Drop by teaspoon into boiling chicken broth, on stew or on top of boiling sauerkraut. Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
