Holiday Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. raw cranberries, ground
1 c. orange juice
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. boiling water
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix berries and sugar; let stand several hours or overnight. Add boiling water to lemon jello; stir to dissolve and add orange juice and other ingredients.
Pour into mold and cool until set.
