Slow Cook Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/2 c. wine
Preparation
    Place ingredients in slow cooker (crock-pot) for 10 to 12 hours on low heat.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Add sour cream if desired.
