Chocolate Mint Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. white cake mix (no pudding)
    1 3 3/8 oz. pkg. pistachio instant pudding
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
    8 drops green food color
    1 c. mini chocolate chips
    1 box chocolate covered thin mints
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients for 4 minutes.
    Add green food color. Fold in mini chips.
