Low-Fat, Low Sodium Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. liquid pectin (used in jellies)
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. thyme or oregano
    1 jar mushroom gravy
    1 box Stove Top stuffing (cornbread)
    1 bag frozen broccoli
    1 can cheese soup
Preparation
    Fix stuffing.
    Taking each slice of beef, layer with stuffing and roll up.
    Place rolled up beef into shallow pan; cover with gravy and bake in oven or microwave until hot.
    Cook broccoli; drain.
    Stir in cheese soup.
    Makes a delicious, quick and easy company dinner.
