Tuna Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained (can use salmon)
    1 c. consomme
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except corn flakes.
    Form into balls. Roll in corn flakes and fry in hot fat until brown.
    Makes 75 balls.
    Serve with hot cocktail sauce made with ketchup and prepared horseradish to taste.
