Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. instant rice
    1 egg
    1 medium onion
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. seasoning sauce
    dash of pepper
    3 large bell peppers
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix 1/2 cup tomato sauce, ketchup, water, and sugar and set aside.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Cut peppers in half.
    Spoon mixture into peppers.
    Pour sauce over peppers.
    Put in microwave-safe dish.
    Cover it.
    Cook on Medium-high (75%) for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 6 people.
