Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    olive oil for simmering
    1 c. cut up chicken
    1 medium onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 can stems and pieces mushrooms
    1 can crushed tomatoes (16 oz.)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. cooking wine
Preparation
    Simmer all ingredients, except crushed tomatoes and wine. When lightly browned, add canned crushed tomatoes and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Last 15 minutes, add wine.
    Can be used over cooked spaghetti or rice.
