Salmon Burgers Or Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon, drained (reserve liquid)
    3 slices fresh bread, broken up
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. salmon liquid
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 eggs, beaten slightly
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Can form cakes and fry or put in loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
