Tuna Or Chicken Salad Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. mayo or salad dressing
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 (6 1/2 or 9 oz.) can tuna, drained, or 1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
    1/2 to 1 c. crushed potato chips or other crumbs
Preparation
    Saute in skillet until tender the diced celery and onions and margarine.
    Mix in the rest of ingredients, except chip crumbs, and pour into an 8-inch square baking dish.
    Then sprinkle crumbs over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
