Christmas Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans chicken/rice soup
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
    1 c. water
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Combine rice, soup, water, pepper and onion in casserole dish. Mix well.
    Add pimento and stir again.
    Dot with butter or margarine.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
