Chrusty (Angel'S Wings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. rum
    1 tsp. baking powder
    5 egg yolks, jumbo eggs
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    6 drops vanilla
    1 1/2 can Crisco, hard
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks and sugar until fluffy, and add vanilla.
    Mix flour with baking powder.
    Add sour cream, rum and beaten egg yolks.
    Knead well.
    Cut off a little part of the dough (cover the rest with plastic) and roll very thin.
    Cut in 2 x 4-inch strips. Cut a hole in the middle of each strip, then pass one end of each strip through it to make a knot.
    Fry until golden brown in hot Crisco shortening.
    After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
