Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 packages of boneless chicken breasts, cut into bit size pieces
    4 beaten eggs
    Italian Bread Crumbs
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/2 cup wine (optional)
    1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
    3/4 lb grated Muenster cheese
Preparation
    Cut 2 packages boneless chicken breasts into bit size pieces. Shake pieces in a plastic bag with flour.
    Add to 4 beaten eggs. Soak in beaten eggs over night in the refrigerator.
    Remove from egg and roll in Italian bread crumbs.
    Saute in butter.
    Place in a casserole; add to drippings 1 cup chicken broth, 1/2 cup wine, optional.
    Pour over chicken.
    Top with 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms. Add 3/4 lb grated Muenster cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
