Tabouli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. bulgur wheat
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch green onions
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch mint
1 large cucumber
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon or lime juice
salt
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Pour the bulgur into a large bowl; mix well with olive oil, lemon juice and water.
Let stand.
