Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. dried parsley
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. flour
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook celery and onions 15 minutes.
    Add potatoes, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper. Cook until potatoes are soft.
    Mix together flour and evaporated milk.
    Beat in egg and add.
    Stir until thick.
    Salt to taste.
    May have to add more water.
