Spicy Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
4 c. milk
8 oz. Velveeta cheese (Mexican style)
1 tsp. Accent
Preparation
-
Saute chopped onion in oleo.
Cook broccoli according to directions on package.
Drain broccoli. Place onion, broccoli and rest of ingredients in saucepan on top of stove.
Cook over moderate heat, stirring often, until cheese melts.
Serve hot.
