Savory Seafood Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 mushrooms, sliced
    2 to 3 green onions, chopped
    1/4 lb. each: cooked salad shrimp, bay scallops and crabmeat
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 (11 1/2 oz.) jar chunky salsa
    3 c. milk
    1 (9 oz.) can Frito-Lay mild Cheddar cheese dip
Preparation
    Cook mushrooms, green onions and scallops in 1/4 cup butter until seafood is translucent. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add chunky salsa and simmer 2 minutes. Add milk, stirring constantly. Add cooked crabmeat and shrimp. Add Frito-Lay cheese dip. Do not boil.
    Serve immediately. Serves 6 to 8.
