Cheesy Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped carrot
    2 Tbsp. oil
    6 c. water
    5 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. salt
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
    6 c. milk
    4 c. thin noodles, cooked
    1 lb. processed cheese, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onions and carrots in oil in saucepan until brown.
    Add water, bouillon cubes and salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in broccoli and noodles.
    Cook for 3 minutes.
    Add milk and cheese. Cook until cheese melts.
    Yield: 12 servings.
