Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breast halves, cubed
    1 egg, beaten
    Italian bread crumbs
    8 oz. can College Inn chicken broth
    8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Dip chicken cubes in egg, then crumbs. Brown in oil.
    Put in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Pour broth over chicken and add mushrooms. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
