Aunt Mollie'S Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Ready-Crust pie crusts
4 large pieces chicken
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. carrots, chopped
1 c. sauteed onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender, falling off the bone.
Separate chicken from bone.
Save soup stock for something else.
Thaw crusts while boiling chicken.
Saute in oil, celery and onion. Cook carrots in microwave 15 minutes with lots of water.
Drain celery, onion and carrots.
Combine with deboned chicken and cream of mushroom soup.
Heat through in saucepan.
Pour into lower pie crust.
Cover with 2nd crust.
Prick holes in your favorite pattern.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
