Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 thick pork chops
1 box cornbread or pork flavored stuffing
2 Tbsp. oil

Preparation

Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
Set aside.
Cut horizontally through pork chops almost to bone.
Stuff with stuffing, then secure with toothpicks.
