Sour Cream Or Yogurt Peach Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter
    2 (16 oz.) cans drained, sliced peaches
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sour cream or yogurt
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Cut in 3/4 cup butter (if butter is cold, use electric mixer until crumb consistency).
    Next, press this mixture into a deep 9 or 10-inch pie plate by using a smaller pie plate to press with.
