Almond Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
    1/4 c. almond extract
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, oil, flour and baking powder; mix well. Add nuts and extract.
    Cover in bowl; refrigerate overnight. Take a handful and roll into logs.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bottom is brown (approximately 20 minutes).
    Remove from oven; let cool a few minutes, then cut them diagonally and return to oven until light brown.
    Cool, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
