Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (32 oz.) can V-8 juice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large saucepan, brown meat with onion, salt and pepper. Add juice and soups.
    Bring to a rapid boil.
    Add frozen vegetables and let simmer on low until vegetables are tender.
