Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. melted Crisco
4 1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Cream the sugar and eggs; add the vanilla and melted shortening.
Add the milk alternately with mixed dry ingredients. Roll the dough out on a floured board and cut the cookies.
Do not roll the cookies too thin.
Bake until almost browned at about 350\u00b0.
