Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 box lemon jello (3 oz.)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can Carnation cream, whipped
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Place first three ingredients in medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add lemon jello and cream cheese.
Beat together well until smooth.
Fold in whipped Carnation cream.
Make graham cracker crust or use ready made.
Pour cream cheese mixture into crust.
