Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork shoulder or lean sausage (add seasonings to ground shoulder)
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Combine the 3 ingredients at room temperature.
    Form into small balls that could be served on a toothpick.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Cooked balls may be frozen.
