Crawfish Or Shrimp Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lb. crawfish
2 c. cooked rice
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. plain bread crumbs
Tabasco sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation

Saute veggies in margarine.
Add crawfish and cook until pink. Mix remaining ingredients, add to mixture.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
