Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    Cheddar cheese, sliced
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Press 1/2 of ground chuck into casserole dish, then add layer of onion, a layer of potato slices and a layer of cheese.
    Repeat in same order.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix soup and water and pour over the mixture.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
