Ingredients

2 sleeves crushed Ritz crackers
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
4 small boxes instant coconut cream pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 gal. softened vanilla ice cream
Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix cracker and margarine and line a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix pudding with milk.
Add vanilla ice cream.
Mix well with mixer. Pour over crackers.
Ice with Cool Whip and top with coconut. Store in refrigerator.
