Italian "Lite" Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 red potatoes
    8 oz. bottle fat-free Italian dressing
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and cut into large chunks.
    Place in pan and cover with water.
    Add a little salt and bring to a boil.
    Cook until tender.
    Drain.
    While hot, cover with dressing to taste. Serve hot.
