Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 yellow squash (small), sliced
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
    Drain in colander.
    Put in bowl.
    Add margarine while hot.
    Add other ingredients; mix well.
    Place in Pyrex dish; sprinkle top with stuffing mix.
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes until bubbly and brown.
