Veggie Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices sourdough French bread
    1/2 tsp. fat-free mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 slices ripe tomato
    1/4 zucchini, thinly sliced
    2 thin slices onion (optional)
    leaf lettuce
    sliced cucumbers (optional)
Preparation
    Spread bread with fat-free mayonnaise and mustard.
    Layer the tomatoes, zucchini, onion, cucumbers and leaf lettuce.
    Top with second slice of bread.
