Apricot Ham Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 to 1 1/2 lb.) ham slice, cut 2-inches thick
whole cloves
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 (16 oz.) can peeled whole apricots
Preparation

Trim fat around ham; place in shallow dish and sprinkle with sugar and stud sides with cloves.
Drain apricot juice.
Pour 1/3 cup of juice over ham.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, basting often with juice in pan.
Arrange apricots on top of ham; bake 15 minutes longer.
Approximately 270 calories per serving.
