Hot Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans minced clams
1 stick margarine
1 c. breadcrumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
dash of oregano, pepper and garlic powder to taste
box of wheat crackers
8 oz. whole Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

In mixing bowl pour the 2 cans of clams with juice.
Add breadcrumbs and spices.
Melt margarine in small saucepan and mix with the clams and breadcrumbs mixture.
Pour batter into a 9-inch pie pan. Cover entire top with Mozzarella cheese (won't need all 8 ounces).
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve hot with crackers on the side. Use teaspoon to scoop onto crackers.
