Bourbon Balls(No Bake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can vanilla wafers, crushed (3 c.)
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
    1/2 c. bourbon
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
    Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
    Roll balls in granulated sugar.
    Store in tightly covered container for at least 3 days before serving for flavors to mellow.
    Keeps up to 2 weeks in tightly covered container.
    Makes about 3 1/2 dozen balls, about 85 calories each.
