Apple Tray - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 large red Delicious apples, unpeeled
    4 to 6 large Granny Smith apples, unpeeled
    2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice (about)
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
    ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Fill a bowl 3/4 full with pineapple juice.
    Quarter, then core each apple.
    Cut each apple slice in half (each apple will make 8 apple slices).
    Drop apple slices in pineapple juice and let soak while slicing the next apple.
    Swish juice over apples, then let drain on paper towels.
    Arrange a tray, alternating rows of red and green apples.
