Raspberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
4 pt. berries
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. solid vegetable shortening
2 Tbsp. butter, not melted
3 Tbsp. water
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Put 1 1/4 cups sugar, 1/3 cup cornstarch and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a bowl and mix.
Add berries and melted butter; mix together. Pour into a baking dish; let stand while you fix pastry.
